Project Scope Typically written by the project manager, a scope statement outlines the entire project, including any deliverables and their features, as well as a list of stakeholders who will be affected. It will also include any major project objectives, deliverables and goals to help measure success.
In this section we will have just small summary not detailed plans for each item, if detailed description is needed this will come later.

For projects, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is the tool that utilizes this technique and is one of the most important project management documents. It singlehandedly integrates scope, cost and schedule baselines ensuring that project plans are in alignment., there are different ways that you can create that

7 Project Designing
In this section of the document, you will present your design, and explain about it in details, it could be few pages, that will include network diagram, building design, technical explanation for why you are designing that way.
All the thing related to the design will be listed here.
8 Installing Stage
In this section of the document, you will present your explanation and details about the installation and what need to be done, and how it will work.
It also will include the installation stages and maybe explanation about who will do what steps.
For example, network cabling can be done by normal labor for wiring, while router configuration need IT technicians.
9 Quality Plan
In this section of the document, you will discuss your Quality plan, about how to guarantee the Quality of the work, weather the Quality of the Equipment, or installation, or Service.
For example, to have High Quality Wi-Fi service you need to plan your Wi-Fi routers distribution in the right places to guaranty good coverage. Then you will need to do proper testing after you do the installations.

10 Equipment List

You also need to set which features are important in that item and why you are selecting that item.
11 Detailed Budget Plan
In this section of the document, you will set the detailed plan, don’t forget to labor cost, and any other costs.

12 Security Plan
Because security is very critical for any project, In this section of the document, you will study the security of the project.
