Overview: For this second milestone, you will create a draft of Sections II (Technology and Policy Recommendations) and III (Policy and Procedure Guide) for the Coding Compliance Program Proposal of Final Project I.

Prompt: You will first recommend a technological tool for your organization and defend your choice by explaining the solutions the new technology offers and describing how it will impact the operations of stakeholders across departments. You will then recommend policies that will govern interdepartmental processes once the technological implementation is complete, and propose additional policies to address the areas of improvement you identified across the organization.

Next, you will draft a guide for your organization detailing the changes you recommended. This guide will include instructions on applying the new policies and updating existing procedures. It will discuss the long-range impact of the policy changes on your organization and its coding team and will include a plan for measuring the improvement of the new coding compliance policy plan.
