INFORMATION in Content. Present the facts in the most persuasive manner as the Demand Letter is an advocacy document. (It is not an objective presentation as in the Complex Office Memo).
Present the analysis in no more than 3 paragraphs. Most of the facts in Folly’s case are legally significant facts;
add only those background facts that are needed for context.

Write in correct, complete sentences in paragraph format, unless instructed otherwise.
