Coca-Cola Company Organizational Structure & Model has the C.E.O in charge of all the operations of the company. The layout is a U design, where the C.E.O is at the heart of all operations in the company. Under the CEO are subordinates who control the organizational function. The subordinateís functions include marketing, control of the financial, human resource, operations, R &D, administration, and audit departments (McKinney, 2012). The companyís business is conducted through a functional approach; as a result, the functional or the U design is quite appropriate. However, when working on a new business idea, the organization resolves to matrix layout. In case, several project managers are pulled to manage the new product.
