Project management is forever evolving to keep up with social changes. Essentially project management began in the early 1900, and since then it has grown to spread across more than half of the work industry in the world. The three trends I will conduct my research on include: upskilling talents, virtual / remote working, and boarding the strategic role of the project Manager.
