For example, if you are using Diverse Teams as your topic, you could share an experience with co-workers that did or did not exemplify real dialogue and the outcomes.
3. Third, please be sure to answer this question in your description: “How was authentic dialogue supported in this experience? Why or why not?”
4. Definition of Dialogue is Treating others with equality, demonstrating empathy and setting aside assumptions.
5. Please set up the paper using the FLOW method.

Grading Criteria
Introduction to the essay: 5 points
Focus: Capture my attention – be clever - and set up the purpose of your essay.
Lead -in to the paper by previewing what you plan to cover in the essay.
Body of the essay: 25 points
Organize the main points of your dialogue application with your own observations.
Describe and discuss your experience.
Be sure to answer this question: Was authentic dialogue supported? Why or why not?
Summary/Conclusion: 10 points
Wrap up the essay by reviewing your main points and summarizing your discussions.
Remember to close your essay with a strong “Clincher” or Take Away.
TOTAL: 40 points

These essays are to be written in paragraph form with a clear Introduction and Preview to your paper, an organized Body with a Wrap Up / Summary and a final Clincher.
