The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate that you understand what is required to create a client base. Critical thinking is required in order to differentiate between available marketing choices.

In your paper,

  • Create a complete marketing plan to obtain a client base.
  • Integrate real estate functions of salespersons and brokers that attract clients.
  • Articulate approaches to boost property listing and advertising views, and sales.
  • Apply critical thinking by demonstrating the relevance of context when presenting your position.
  • Apply skills, abilities, theories, or methodologies gained in one situation to new situations.

The Obtaining a Client Base paper

  • Must be three to four double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style.
  • Must include a separate title page with the following:
    • Title of paper in bold font
      • Space should appear between the title and the rest of the information on the title page.
    • Student’s name
    • Name of institution (University of Arizona Global Campus)
    • Course name and number
    • Instructor’s name
    • Due date
  • Must utilize academic voice.
  • Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.
  • Must use at least three scholarly or professional sources in addition to the course text.
  • Must document any information used from sources in APA Style.
  • Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA Style.
