A small local grocery has seen a decline in sales in the past few months. There have been no changes made by the owner in the store in the last year or so. In the beginning, the owner thought that the drop in sales might be seasonal. However, looking at the past few years of sales data, the owner noticed that there has not been any decrease in sales during the same time in the previous years. He hired a market research group, your team, to investigate the business problem and offer a strategic solution. Based on the above scenario, answer the questions below:
