FSM2085 Hotel F&B Outlet

 Note- to obtain all the information needed to complete the project it is suggested that you identify a minimum of (3) properties.

In paragraph form, author an introductory profile of the hotel F&B outlet under study. Details should include:

(1) What is the purpose of the outlet?

(2) Who is the intended target guest or customer? (Describe using demographic indicators)          

(3) What are the hours of operation? 

(4) Describe the types of menus offered.

(5) Describe how the food and beverage gets from the preparation area to the guest.

(6) Describe the types of employees needed to run the outlet.

(7). List the names of the sample hotels you have chosen with a brief description of the properties from their website.

(8) State why your sample hotels best represent the food & Beverage outlet. Why were they chosen?

Conclude this section by critiquing what others have said about each of the properties. Include an comments but focus specifically on any relating to F&B. (Guest comments). (Trip advisor); **It is more likely to get unbiased opinions from resources other that the company website.

  • What did not appeal them?
  • Would they return?
  • Would they recommend it to others?
  • Based on the customer feedback, what does the operation do correctly and what does it do wrong?
