Isa writes a $90 check to Martin. Martin alters the number 90 to 990, and the written ninety to nine hundred ninety. He cashes the check at a local convenience store.
In a 2-3 page paper explain whether Isa or Isa’s bank, has to pay the $90 to the store. Please discuss the UCC as part of your response.
