Solved: Training and Developing Employees

Pick an industry and consider how you would go about training and developing employees in a typical job in that field. Your paper should, at a minimum, address these questions: What would the new-hire training experience look like? (e.g. orientation, onboarding, on-the-job training) What sort of ongoing development would you use to help existing employees perform their jobs better and/or prepare for the next job? How would you measure the effectiveness of these training and development programs?
