Reflections:

*The Summative submission should be a different topic to your Formative assessment therefore, if you reflected on vital signs (respiratory rate, temperature, and pulse) then you should not repeat this

Reflection 1 - Feedback: Through this reflection we want you to reflect on a time thus far in your nursing degree where you have received feedback. This can be feedback received from a service user, healthcare professional or faculty member. This can be focused on your experience within practice orientation either virtually or in person or Bell ward.

Reflection 2 - Episode of Care (EOC): Through this reflection we want you to reflect on an opportunity you had to complete an EOC for a service user/family member/mannequin through Labs at Home or Expo, or Bell Ward or Practice Orientation either virtually or in person. The focus of this

is not communication, options include;

   Respiration Rate

   Pulse

   Temperature

   Blood Pressure

   Personal hygiene

   Fluid Balance

   Nutrition

   Skin Assessment

   Wound management

   Infection Control

Reflection 3 - Medicine Management: Through this reflection, we want you to reflect what you have learnt from an experience with Medicine Management. This can be from the Expo workbook, Labs at Home, Bell Ward or your Practice Orientation experience. This can be any aspect of Medicine Management discussed within your degree thus far.
